I welcome you to join me for an 8-day challenge to support you in feeling your best. This program is designed to help you reduce stress, sleep better, and feel better in your body. Each day will include a welcome video introducing our theme for the day, a LIVE full-length practice, as well as a short, pre-recorded practice.

Drop-in guests will have 30-day access to all challenge videos as well as to my on-line library. Subscribers will have ongoing access.
